Question

Q: Do these stay attached so once prop is dressed you can still turn them to adjust the prop's position?

Q: Is this just a tool for the screw inside the spiderjoint or is this something that is needed for this piece in order for it to function?

A: Hello, yes, you can leave the knobs on the joints after you build your prop and as long as you can reach them there is no problem adjusting them on a completed prop.

Hello, the T-Knob is meant to replace the nut that comes with our joints in situations where you want to be able to adjust the position of the joints without using a tool. You simply remove the nut and replace it with the T-Knob. Not a requirement, just an option. The joints come complete and function as sold.
