Hello,

A 12 foot figure would likely be too tall and too heavy for our joints and for 1 inch PVC pipe. To build a figure that tall I'd suggest using pipe and fittings of a larger size, maybe something like 2 inch PVC.

We currently do not carry anything that larger. All of our fittings are for 1 inch PVC.

There are a variety of ways to fill them out. Larger pool noodles are an easy start for the arms, legs and shoulders. Bubble wrap is another easy method as it can be wrapped around itself until the desired thickness is achieved. Duct tape makes a good topcoat and helps you sculp some shape. Make sure you leave yourself access to the joints so adjustments can be made to the frame as needed.

Hello, typically one would either use a 3 inch hole saw to cut out the heel of the footwear to fit down over the mounting bases. I have also seen some saw off the soles completely. The footwear must be installed over the legs before the waist is installed as should be the pants. For a base we recommend at least a 24 inch wide by 16 inch deep piece of plywood that is 3/4 of an inch thick. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello, yes, you should be able to create a display using our joints. I have actually seen several Star Wars themed displays. If weight is a concern, use our KIT-3 Twin Spine body hardware kit. Thanks!

Hello, yes, in theory our frame should work within an enclosed dummy. I would suggest purchasing your own pipe and cutting to fit as I cannot be certain our standard kit will line up with your Dummy. The KIT-2 would be perfect for a project like that. You might want to assemble the kit on the outside in order to scale it correctly first. Thanks! Ryan
