Q: Can the Twin Spine Body Hardware kit be transformed into a Cauldron Creeper? I know I would need a motor (or two)-just wondered if it would work as is or would I need to modify it? Thanks!

Q: Lol, I forgot to ask if any of your motors would work with the Twin Spine Body Hardware Kit for making a Cauldron Creepers body/staff move. I know I need a motor to turn the cauldron and then one to turn the body as well? Thanks again!

We typically drill a hole in the heel of the footwear using a 3 inch hole saw. Once you have your bases mounted you can slide the shoe down over the base. If needed I usually run a screw down through the sole near the tongue to keep the shoe in place.

Hello, I've never actually built a Cauldron Creep, but I think the twin spine kit could certainly be used as a starting point. You would need to remove the joints at the shoulder and replace them with something to allow movement there and there would be some reworking to do around the neck to allow for movement. I might use a slip cross fitting in place of the T fitting.

Hello, I would suggest using a wiper motor for the cauldron movement combined with one of our surface motor mounts. For the head movement, you could probably get by with a reindeer or synchronous gear motor. A wiper motor would work it would just be a little more expensive. We have a PVC motor mount that would allow the head motor to be attached directly to our frames.
